I have been specialized, for meanwhile 25 years, on professional consulting, organization and structuring of business procedures. I verify structures, define and develop solutions for updating on business organizational procedures.
My advice is neutral and defined in milestones, so that you can implement the business decisions for different sections individually! In companies divisions are handled isolated when the different requirements occur or the workflow is not properly integrated when adding new requirements in the course of business development. A certain organizational blindness can repeatedly occur to shortcomings in company processes. The documentation of business processes and repeated training of staff is sensible.
Due to my professional and empathic contact with people, I avoid to stoke fear, skepsis, and agitation, which often develop in the course of organizational modifications in a company.
I offer Interim treasury-management for managers / business owners in accordance with the business permission § 34b industrial code (in Germany). In case you would like to transfer the active management of your business for a limited period of time or if you would like to sell your company. It is optional to continue running your business at your site or you will be provided a professional external office service, keeping direct contact between you and into your business. I have been in possession of the necessary legal permission since 1998.
Services can be provided in German, English, French, Spanish and Italian. Duration and charge of costs will be according to time and effort: for hours, days or months or according to a general price for the project.

I have been specialized, for meanwhile 25 years, on professional consulting, organization and structuring of business procedures. I would now like to offer this service to private people. For a long time I work in medical fields and I have substantial experience and good knowledge of medical offers and treatment concepts. I work together with specialized doctors, therapists and clinics. This offer is completed by specialized therapists.
The consultation is neutral and split into partitions so that you can easily follow the advice.
The services include: arrangement of specialist doctor appointments for diagnostic and cross-over diagnostics. After diagnostic I will assist you to find and set up the optimum treatment and the follow-up treatment for you. I assist in the clarification of cost take-over and with the necessary applications and opposition proceedings in case of cost-cover-rejections. I will accompany you, if you wish, to appointments and then discuss the doctor’s statements with you. This is how we can both assure that everything is well understood and that in the agitation nothing is forgotten or questions are not asked. In case of necessary treatment I will coordinate the therapeutic schedule and I can help you with travel arrangements regarding arrival, departure or transfer.
